Edward Lemire is a Senior Broker at Province West where he focuses on the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of residential land. Prior to joining Province West, Edward was a Principal at real estate operating and investment company Bauhaus Investments, overseeing the acquisition and repositioning of underperforming assets on the East and West Coasts.
Over the course of his career, Edward has co-founded two companies in addition to serving in a variety of management positions with startups and global firms in the Real Estate and Technology sectors. He has served as a key member of leadership teams, with extensive knowledge of project development and planning, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships.
Edward holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Bryant University. He is a licensed California real estate professional and resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife Sheilah, and their son, Eddie.
