Based in Carlsbad, Eric Weitz leads Province West’s San Diego operations.
Eric established his career in homebuilding in 2005 as a land acquisition executive for two of the nation’s largest public homebuilders – KB Home in Southern California and Standard Pacific Homes in Phoenix. During this time, Eric oversaw the purchase of more than six thousand residential lots worth more than $750 million. A lawyer by training, Eric also played a vital role during the market downturn by managing project workouts, repositioning assets, and coordinating asset sales throughout Southern California. Immediately prior to joining Province West, Eric spent two years leading the California office of Nathan & Associates, an established land brokerage firms in the West.
Eric is a licensed real estate broker and attorney in California. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Eric received his BA and MBA from UCLA and his JD from Pepperdine University School of Law. He lives in Carlsbad with his wife, Courtney, and his children Samantha, Hannah and Nathan.
