Exclusively represented a master developer and private equity provider in the implementation of a guest builder program that provided for the delivery of improved lots within five neighborhoods to merchant homebuilders. Multiple transactions were structured to provide the master developer with the ability to utilize option deposits, and other builder sponsored financing mechanisms to balance between minimizing peak capital and maximizing finished lot value.
