Ocean Place

Exclusively represented a fractured group of legacy landowners in the disposition of Ocean Place, a coastal luxury site approved for 30 single-family homes that are steps from the sand and a stone’s throw from the Los Alamitos Marina. The landmark asset took almost 15-years to entitle through the City of Seal Beach and California Coastal Commission and was the subject of several failed marketing efforts leading up to its engagement with Province West. Prior to formally reintroducing the asset to the market, Province West assembled and collaborated with a team of subject matter experts to customize a business plan that merged site-specific characteristics with prevailing market dynamics. The disposition strategy resulted in offers from several qualified buyers and close of escrow at a purchase price in excess of the previous benchmark.
