Exclusively represented a public agency in the disposition of Serrano Summit, a 98.9-acre master planned community approved for up to 608 single-family residential units and featuring Lake Forest’s new state-of-the-art Civic Center. As part of the assignment, assembled and managed a team of subject matter experts to develop a business plan that balanced density, housing revenue, vertical and horizontal costs, phasing, and time frames to enhance the marketability of the opportunity and optimize value. Outlined key findings and provided formal recommendations to the agency’s Board of Directors in connection with ongoing reporting responsibilities. The implementation of the disposition strategy resulted in participation from a deep pool of highly qualified and well-capitalized homebuilders.
