Exclusively represented a developer and private equity provider in the repositioning of an urban industrial site approved for 232 “for-sale” units on approximately 16 acres. With architecture designed to accommodate three complementary neighborhoods, South Street at the Packing District was positioned in the market to take advantage of the confluence of increasing market demand for urban walkability, income-appropriate pricing, and housing in proximity to employment and amenities. The offering produced proposals from more than ten qualified buyers, including several publicly-traded national homebuilders, and resulted in the all-cash bulk acquisition of the entire site within a timeframe and at a purchase price that exceeded the business plan.
