Exclusively represented a master developer and private equity provider in the implementation of a guest-builder program that provided for the blue-topped delivery of 632 lots within the first six neighborhoods at Summerwind Trails, a master-planned community located adjacent to Interstate 10 in Calimesa. Summerwind Trails is planned for more than 3,600 homes, 1,450 acres of open space and wildlife corridors, three future on-site schools, 80 acres of parks, and 20 miles of multi-purpose trails.
