Exclusively represented a master developer and institutional equity provider with pre-acquisition due diligence, business plan development, subject matter expert team selection, as well as the development and implementation of the overall disposition strategy for Sycamore Hills, a mixed-use village masterplan. Located along Interstate 210 at the intersection of Claremont and Upland, the infill site was ultimately approved for 321 single-family homes and 78,000 square feet of premium retail space. As part of the business plan development stage of the engagement, we performed exhaustive product optimization analyses to derive programming based on a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback from prospective buyers.
