Province West is pleased to announce the closing by Taylor Morrison of the first phase of Belle Terre, an amenity-rich masterplan consisting of 342.3 acres in the unincorporated French Valley area of Riverside County, California. Designed to feature approximately 850 homes at build-out, and planned with the preferences of future homebuyers in mind, the Belle Terre masterplan eschews old-fashioned planning principles in favor of a slightly more dense and amenity-rich plan, where the framework allows for spontaneous interaction among active families that value community.
At buildout, Belle Terre will include three separate large-format parks and will connect residents through a series of walking trails and active open space programming. The Farmhouse will serve as an exclusive gathering spot where residents can tend to their plot of fresh produce, or drop their children off for an art class or after-school study session. Separately, at the Recreation Center, the Belle Terre community will gather to make use of the community pool, kids’ water park, and private community dog park.
“Belle Terre’s thoughtful plan favors a slightly denser and amenity-rich framework allowing for spontaneous interaction among active families that value community. The lifestyle at Belle Terre will be delivered alongside the most attainable price point for new homes in the Temecula Unified School District (TMUSD), the most highly sought after school district in Riverside County.”
